Well look at that #10 who knew, this is a new length record again and out on time. I have a short spin and couple of runs in this one and a bit of a rant.

This is #7, it is not a long one but it is a bit of a mess. There is a run from Fredericton NB that too place two weeks ago, and maybe not as much training stuff and a little more family stuff .
